Schedule for Produce, which includes meat from our freezers: We are closed on Mondays & Tuesdays, but open Wednesdays from 4 – 8 pm & Thursday – Sunday from 12 noon to 6 pm. Please remember that orders for apples need to be received by Monday night as pick up is early on Wednesday morning. We keep a supply of Empires for walk in customers. BEEF OPTIONS:

Canada AAA Beef Tenderloin pieces – $ 30.00 per 1.25 KG package. These are great for shush kebabs, pepper steak, beef bourgeoisie, or sliced up and pan fry for fajitas  – they are tender pieces to tantalize your palate in any dish. Supply is limited. It replaces the tenderloin tips that came in with the last order. So first come, first served, while supplies last.
STEAKS SPECIALS: All stakes are cut from Canada AAA beef.
6 Oz Bacon Wrapped Tenderloins (2 pack) available in the stand $ 15.99 p/lb ($ 35.20 p/kg)

FRESH LOCAL CHICKEN:

These chickens and parts are all grain fed & air cooled. They arrive fresh, not frozen. The smaller chickens and parts are from Gagnon, the large roasters are from Flamingo. Both producers are located in Quebec, but we now have a secondary provider in Ontario who operates the same but has a few new items to offer.
CERTIFIED ORGANIC CHICKENS: Sold in bulk only. 8 per box weighing 30 – 35 LBS.

Off season turkeys come from Hayter’s who provide vegetable & grain fed, free roaming turkeys and parts.

50/50 WHITE / DARK GROUND TURKEY from Hayters. Only available in frozen bricks of 1.2 – 1.3 lbs each are also available in the vegetable stand or by order on the specified meat delivery dates.

We now have an abattoir who is making pork and or beef sausages for us. They are made in small batches and are gluten and nitrate free, made from locally produced meats – real food. Packages of 4 dinner sausages or 12 breakfast sausages are Aprox. 1 lb. Pork Sausages are $ 7.50 p/LB, and Beef are $ 10.00 p/LB.

LAMB

LEG OF LAMB: This supply is range fed. It comes from Quebec, and arrives flash frozen, but sometimes they surprise us with fresh. Each leg is an average of 3 – 5 KGS in size. We’ve had the privilege of serving this product at several of our Gathering Dinners and all the people who have attended will attest to the fact they are delicious!
